Librarian Minnie Hamilton runs the Bookmobile program for the town of Chilson, Michigan. While out on a run, with her cat Eddie, Minnie is flagged down by a woman in distress. Minnie assists and thinks she's had enough trouble for that day but she's in for a bunch more as she works to find justice for a new friend.
I'm really getting into this series. I love the cat aspect and that it's a bookmobile is a novel change to the typical story. It's still strikingly similar to the Aurora Teagarden series by Charlaine Harris but there's room in the cozy mystery market for both series, as I clearly show.
